Join the Spring 2 Move Challenge!

Monday, April 6 - Sunday, May 3

Starting tomorrow, you will have three opportunities each day to earn move credit.
You only need to complete one of the three activities to receive credit for the day:

30 minutes
physical activity
of your choice

workout of
the day

zoom class
from
sports center



For each week that you earn credit for all seven days, you will earn 100 OC All In Points (400 total points available!).

Weeks run Monday through Sunday


Week 1: Monday, April 6 - Sunday, April 12 (Click Here for Workout Of the Day and Sports Center Zoom Schedule)
Week 2: Monday, April 7 - Sunday, April 19
Week 3: Monday, April 20 -Sunday, April 26
Week 4: Monday, April 27 - Sunday, May 3

You do not need to submit your activity every day, but you are responsible for keeping track of your own credits.
Each week, we will send a form for you to enter your OC ID at the end of the week to confirm that you have completed the challenge all seven days for that week.
You will have through Monday of the following week to log your credit.
