What is OC All In?
OC All In is an incentive program that rewards Odessa College Employees for engaging in college activities


Who is Eligible?
All Full Time Odessa College Employees are eligible to participate during each 8-week term they are employed


What are the Rewards?
The IRS requires gift cards to be included in taxable income and reflected on your W-2.


How do I Participate?
OC Mobile App (odessa.edu/allin)
  • Points are earned by Checking in at Events
  • Unique code will be announced / posted at each eligible event
  • Must attend 45 minutes (or entire event if less than 45 minutes) to be eligible
  • Check in is available until 11:59 PM the day following an event


What are the Event Types?
General Events
 During Work Hours – 100 points
After Work Hours/Weekends – 200 points

Eligible Events are approved by Dr. Williams; any employee can request/suggest an event through any member of the Admin Team for consideration

What are the Rules?
8-Week Term Reward
  • Eligibility – All employees who achieve 1,500 points or greater during an 8-week term
  • Amount – $25 gift card for each 8-week term ($50 gift card for employees that get 3,000 points)
  • Amount – Challenge Score - Achieve challenge score points for a $75 gift card or higher for each 8-week term
OC Success Reward
  • Eligibility – All employees who achieve 1,500 points or greater during any 8-week term
  • Amount –  Up to $100 gift card based on OC Metrics and Employee Participation multiplier

Employee Participation Multiplier

  • .25 times sum of dollar amounts for each OC Metric met for each term with 1,500 points or greater achieved
OC All In Reward
25 names randomly drawn from pool of eligible entries
  • Eligibility – All employees who achieve 1,500 points or greater for all four 8-week terms
  • Entries – One entry is awarded for each 8-week term with 1,500 points or greater; Double Down entries are awarded for each additional 1,500 points achieved over 1,500 in any 8-week term
  • Amount - $500
Top Performance Award
Special recognition to employees with the most cumulative points for the year


How do I Claim My Reward?
  • 8-Week Term Rewards and OC Success Rewards can be claimed on the OC Mobile App or at odessa.edu/allin
  • Email notifications will be sent via all-oc to let you know when the Claim Your Reward tool is available
  • Once you have met the eligibility requirements for each reward, you will be able to select your gift card


When are Rewards Given?
8-Week Term Reward
  • Gift Cards are given during a celebration at the end of each 8-week term
  • Employees must pick up their own gift card at the celebration or within two weeks
OC Success Reward
  • Gift Cards are available for pick up the last week of spring semester
OC All In Reward
  • $500 Rewards are available for pick up the last week of spring semester
